love_rat
What profession is tax free? Genuine question.. I'm guessing that the only profession that is tax free is prostitute. Having said that, I'd rather get shafted by the taxman, than some of the middle aged saddos these women have to entertain
Cyclone
Income from prostitution should be declared. Working off shore can be tax free though, work in Dubai for example.

Frank Sidney
What profession is tax free? Genuine question.. The rules on professional gamblers are pretty limp. I once looked into it and basically, its difficult for HMRC to tax you. That's because you could claim any loosing bets as a loss, and there's no way of monitoring this, say if you play poker for cash... So if you want a tax free income, get your gambling shoes on and get off to'd dogs and casino.. Although, you'll probably loose....anyway.. Frank Sidney
At a casino you will definitely lose over time.House edge always wins. That depends on what games you play. I know someone who makes a living playing poker on line. There's many professional gamblers. Many back horses full time. I remember many years ago one professional gambler used to follow Steve Davis around the country just betting on him to win every match. If you get too good though the bookies will ban you. There was a bloke called Barney Curley many years ago who was banned from every bookies in the country because he was so good. He was a race horse trainer as well I think...
