Ebay help needed!

Right here goes......I bought a product off someone on ebay when i checked his feedback it was fine didnt show anything bad

 

However i havent recieved my product and now he shows as an unregistered user.

I have tried to message him various time to no avail.

 

What will happen now? If i open a case will i get my money back? etc

Try paypal for a refund or open a case with ebay its easy to do.best of luck

If you open a case you will have to return the item via the ebay process and recorded delivery

The OP clearly stated they havent received the item so nothing can be returned.

 

hopefully you paid via paypal and so you can contact ebay and get a refund through them. Think it takes a few days when the case is opened as they will try and contact the seller etc

that's the point - she hasn't received anything.

 

open an item not received dispute in the first instance.

if the seller is no longer an ebay user you should receive an immediate refund.

 

you can also ring the ebay help desk. have the item number at the ready and the paypal transaction ID.
