Phanerothyme
Im not the one moaning about how the country is run. … I have no problems how it is run ,and how the banks are run. I have a problem with how the banks are run. They are run very, very badly. If you look at the financial wreckage around you, and don't have a problem with it then I would suggest Optrex. Murphy Jnr
With respect to name calling, it's been a regular occurence throughout the thread from posters directed at protesters.
ElasticMan
If you dont like how Britain is run ,you know where the exit door is . Yeah that'll work won't it??? Tell you what, lets all give up the right to protest, and while we are at it, the right to vote too. Who needs democracy anyway?
MrSmith
Yeah that'll work won't it??? Tell you what, lets all give up the right to protest, and while we are at it, the right to vote too. Who needs democracy anyway? Why link protesting with democracy? A minority of people infringing on the rights of others in an attempt to dictate policy to the majority isn’t democratic. Chris_Sleeps
...................... anyone who dosnt like how the country is run is free to leave . Such a shallow argument. Everyone has reason to complain at some point. Using your logic I'd see a chip in my paintwork and move house.

MrSmith
Why not link protesting with democracy? Why answer a question by asking a question, when I have already answered the question you are asking at the side of the question I asked.
Chris_Sleeps
Forgive me. It was just that I'd never considered a protest being un-democratic. I've never seen anyone protest that was saying "ignore the people and let one person be in charge". I was wondering what made you ask the question in the first place.
