shinyhappy68
I think its along the lines of Sarah's Law, where you can apply for any relevant info, regarding new partners and possible violent history.
Tony
What evidence is required? I assume that some sort of relevant conviction is needed?
ricgem2002
should men/women be able to also question their ex partners new partner if there are kids involved ? if there is a conviction for say shoplifting from years ago should the new partner be under some kind of supervision from the probation services? or another scenario the new partner has a conviction fairly recent for drug offences should this be brought up if the dad/mum wants to contest who the kids should live with ?
