Isabelle
I don't really like fruit, but I like vegetables, except for cabbage, sprouts, celery and lettuce. My favourites are broccoli, peas, sweetcorn, baby sweetcorn and spinach. I also love mushrooms, but don't know if they count as a vegetable? gnvqsos
Why do most vegetables and fruits in supermarkets come from outside the UK? And home grown fruits&vegetables are more expensive... Have you tried to grow pineapples?
curriechick
Can you grow them here? Do you need a greenhouse?

Rupert_Baehr
I'll eat any fruit and veg. Unfortunately. as a diabetic, most fruit are on the 'limited' list. "Don't drink orange juice" " Don't eat strawberries" [get real!] and I live in Florida? ´´´
Plain Talker
Favourite fruit? banana. I like to have one chopped onto my cereal for breakfast. Favourite veg? "Poddy-peas," sweet and fresh from the pod, or sweetcorn still on the cob.

I bought some Lincolnshire salad-makings, (lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes) from Tesco a couple of weeks ago, which were very nice.
