Mister M
Sounds like 'spanish practices' to me. But I'm not surprised that Maggy milked that amout of money from the state for administration and office costs. To be consistent shouldn't this function be put to Compulsory Competitive Tendering and the lowest bidder shoulders the burden of doing the old bag's filing, photocopying etc? Hemibr
Why the obsession with the Belgrano Donmac, you wont be able to use that against Thatcher in these parts. Much better to use the miners strike round here. Given that the number of squaddy suicide deaths since the conflict is reported to be greater than those lost in the conflict it seems that the victors werent that well cared for having succeeded in her mission. Squaddies and miners tend to be from the same social strata as do conscripted sailors on foreign sitting duck rustbuckets. Shall we just label them all as Thatchers expendables and when she does cork it cant we all rejoice at that news..
donkey
Lady Thatcher, the former prime minister, has claimed more than £500,000 in expenses in the last five years http://uk.news.yahoo.com/thatcher-claims-500k-expenses-five-years-075709097.html Maintaining a supply of fresh virgin's blood and the flesh of new borns doesn't come cheap. There is actually a party arranged to celebrate her death (not to be confused with celebrating her life). It is in Trafalgar Sq and starts at 6-00 pm on the Saturday evening after she dies.
