Moosey
http://www.injurylawyers4u.co.uk are good allegedly. He wants a solicitor. Injury Lawyers 4u are a claims management company, who simply refer claims to solicitors. I'd recommend either seeing one of the big local firms, or consulting your home insurance, as you may have legal cover on there.
ECCOnoob
Sheffield Law Centre do employment law. Just off the Wicker. Google them. A claim for a head injury at work would be a personal injury claim not employment law. Best advice, as someone else has said, is to use a local proper solicitor. There are plenty on google. Dont go through accident management companies - they will only shove your file over to whichever lawyer gives them the best referral fee regardless of the quality or credibility. The injury may have been caused by the employer's negligence and so the employer may have to pay compensation and change their practices. Without knowing the details of the actual incident it's impossible to know what legal remedies are available to the OP. He did stipulate work injury. Howell's do just about everything to save a debate.
