ElasticMan
Thought we lived in a democracy? Well why does Prince Charles have any say over our legislation? This report reveals that he has a veto over any Bill which 'affects his interests' - and that he's been consulted 12 times on bills since 2005. He's unelected, unaccountable, and yet he has to give consent to any bills which may affect his multimillion pound business. It's time we removed the Royals for good. Their continued influence over public life is an embarrassment and an affront to democracy. Meddling with the rules of succession doesn't make it any fairer. They need to go, and they need to go now. Prince Charles is a dangerous, meddling, fool. To allow him anywhere near a position of power is like giving a loaded gun to a toddler. He is already responsible, in many ways, for his wifes death, and god knows what else that we dont know about.

If you don't like a country ruled by a monarch, i suggest you pack a case and get the hell out.

They are the ones who should get out, along with people such as yourself, who desire to be their 'subjects'. Normal people do not like to be treat as objects, there for the pleasure of a person like Charles Saxe-Coburg.

The vast majority of us are subjects. If you want to live a life without being a subject, you will need to go and buy your own island. Good luck on that one.
