MonkeyLover Posted November 14, 2011 Share Posted November 14, 2011 Yes but the three things that you mention are nutritious-what value is there in scraps.You might as well sit down and and drink oil from a teaspoon. Chips aren't particularly nutritious - yes, they are made from potatoes, but still are drenched in fat, as are the fish. Having said that, there is nothing wrong with any food in moderation - it would be a very boring life if we all stuck to exactly what is good for us, all the time. Scraps are lovely, better than the chips in my opinion. Yes, I am overweight, but very rarely visit the chip shop, and when I do, I like my scraps!
