I know these things happen but the overnight maintenance window is usually around 2am so this means it was down for 16 hours. Jessica23 Posted November 6, 2011 Share Posted November 6, 2011 I went to the bank yesterday morning about something and the poor woman I spoke to said that if the systems weren't back by Monday she wasn't going to come in to work. I felt really sorry for her, dealing with a massive bunch of irate people. I didn't have any problems accessing my money in the normal way, though.
