tom_fordo
They reformed briefly about four? years ago and did at least two gigs at the now demolished Non-pol club on Eccy Rd., sharp as ever.
BrainThrust
My Dad used to take professional photos of them back in the day. When they got back together he even took me along to one of their gigs at the non-pots. I guess you had to be there when they formed, didn't get it myself. Norbert
Saw em at the Boardwalk a couple of years ago, music was decent, I'd heard the guitarist was famous for doing something wacky when it came to his guitar solo, that night he got the hoover out and did the stage, other times he made a small table or ate his sarnies. Really!
max
It was formed by a guy called Mick Wilson who later went on to form Mick Wilson's Scratch Band which included my wife as a vocalist. They played in The York and The Springvale in the mid 70's.
Longcol
They played the famous gig in Weston Park (about 1970?) when a skinhead was relieved of his Doc Marten's and the were run up the flagpole.
artisan
they used to do a fantastic show, and generally brought the house down. You could guarantee a fantastic night when ever thy wre on. I remember the guitarist mentioned, usually in an ex army greatcoat, doing crazy things, usually while singing 'Wild Thing', which used to go on for about half an hour! Fantastic !
