Recently they wanted to reduce my payments even though thecprice of both utilities are going up. My payment to Scottish Power has just been reduced by 25%.. No you can say that you disagree with the amount they say they'll take out...I've done this before when I was with BG..argued my case with regard to their estimate of my useage..
