Jobean
I tried in vain to find these in the shops! Although I have a feeling with it been Christmas it might be a little easier, maybe try paperchase? Best bet is Ebay, Etsy or folksy.
Love2print
Is this the sort of thing you are looking for? http://www.inthetreehouse.co.uk/ranges/wedding-printed-luggage-tags/ There is an image at the bottom of the site which shows brown luggage tags with a typewriter style font. It says it is an over sized one to be used for a table plan but it doesn't say that they can't make it smaller.
Chez2
I have just downloaded these old typewriter fonts for free as I make greetings cards for a hobby. You can buy a punch to cut out the tags yourself. They can be done by a die cutter but these machines cost more. I have made the reinforcing rings to put round the hole in the tag by using a small circle punch and and punching a small hole in the middle to make a ring. Hope you can follow my explanation. What size tags are you after?
