HelenAmanda
Does anybody know of anything exciting happening or can anybody recommend anything/anywhere to go in Sheffield over Christmas and in particular on Christmas Eve, please?
CherylB
Try the Ivory on Regent Terrace just off West Street. Check out the web site http://www.the-ivory.co.uk It's well worth a visit!

Unisol
The Forum is usually excellent on Xmas Eve. I'd advise going late when all the afternoon/early evening pissheads have gone home.

Good, those £2/3 entrance fee's are soooooooo tacky. Makes you feel like you're paying to enter a yoof club! If they need the extra dosh (for putting on dj's etc) i'd rather see it go on the drinks price e.g. say £3 divided by 5 drinks per person for the evening - 60p. Makes more sense doing it that way IMO.
