Apart from Im and is dad in Iran we do not have one world leader with any charisma. The world will be a poorer place without him. Much as it was with him really. I cannot recall any other PM behaving so blatantly like a mafia Don, and leading such an outrageous lifestyle. I think he will be a hard act to follow. In europe you may be right, however Chavez shares silvios narcisscism. corruption and control of the media.
