I cannot recall any other PM behaving so blatantly like a mafia Don, and leading such an outrageous lifestyle.

I think he will be a hard act to follow.

I don't think Major could touch Berlusconi. I read somewhere that he's been involved in over 2 thousand trials, linked to mafia killings, child prostitution, corruption, bribery, tax fraud. The list is almost endless.

 

Mind you, with a personal wealth estimated at over $9 billion and a heavy influence on Italian law, and still walking the streets, he seems to have got something cracked.
