daisy2
As a child I remember going Sunday lunchtimes occasionally with my dad, woe betide any child making a noise during tombola! They had Easter Bonnet parades and years later I took my children when they were small. Pie, peas and mint sauce served from a little hatch. dan2802
The spud u like was called Potato Bake and ran by a guy called Ian who was also a driving instructor (taught me and passed first time!!!). I used to have a lesson on a thursday tea time then we'd drive back to the shop and i'd get a spud or a pizza for my tea!! The Limes Club was always pretty run down and it was no suprise when it closed.
