Mr. Fitton (John Mills) had got out of bed in the middle of the night to take a leak in the chamber pot. Mrs Fitton told him to keep it quiet and remember that the newly weds were in the next room which started Mr Fitton grumbling about his right to "answer the call of nature" Maybe a lot of people didn't find this all that funny but I did.
