Michael_W
We know what their reasons were - they had evidence the EDL yobs were going to attack protestors. Was their response correct in your opinion? It's not a particularly difficult question Michael. There are no difficult questions from you kid, so don't go flattering yourself ! The police response was right if that was the intention, like I said, I was not there, neither were you, your basing your question on something you have read, not something you know ( but that is you all over I suppose ). In the exact same way. Because ive spoken to them or is it just a kneejerk reaction on your part? Clearly not.

Halibut
Ive just answered this one but ill happily answr it again. In the exact same way. It's an utterly feeble attempt to avoid answwring the question is what it is. What did they say that made you feel they were anti - British? Could it possibly be the case that you aren't answering is that you didn't talk to them at all? Or that you can't think of any convincing reason?
