When I was 11, my mate found his dad's extensive collection of porn mags.

My opinion of porn developed very quickly.

They look better that way. Please don't imply that I have paedophile tendencies for holding that opinion, that is extremely offensive, and completely baseless. Also, I'm not at all threatened by pubic hair, that is absolutely ridiculous. Besides, its not just women, I've been asked to shave down there as well, some ladies seem to prefer shaved male genitalia as well.

I don't think it's as straightforward as that (although it may be in some cases). I tend to think it's part of the objectification thing - pubes are an outward sign of female sexuality and power. Easier to approach/dominate objectify a woman if you take away that mystique, make her comform to the pornographically stereotypical smooth, pouting, supplicant nymphet?
