Well played sir, after reading all these serious posts on this thread I may never bang one out again.

It's alright for hotties like suffreget, they can check out their favourite left leaning night spot and come out with an equally hot socialist on each arm if they want. For hairy backed singletons porn is the closest they get to a night out. It's a public service. You ban porn, people will be looking at Fiona Bruce in a very wrong way.

Have you actually bothered to read the posts on here? Where has anyone mentioned banning porn?:huh: The discussion has been around challenging porn culture not banning it.:roll:

Not possible.

Top lad :banana::banana::banana::banana:

Well, if you think your own poor hygiene is something worth celebrating with dancing bananas, good luck to you. Maybe one day someone will invent a 'my pubes stink of stale urine' smiley and you'll really have something to shout about.

I have read about strippers getting more tips when they ovulate, it highlights how much pheromones play an important role in sexual attraction (as opposed to physical attraction).

I saw something on TV where they had tested human pheromones and came to the conclusion that we can't really detect them, it's a kind of scientific urban myth.

I think that we assume that all men do or should, however, I'm not so sure that young men who've acquired what they think to be a wealth of knowledge about sex from internet porn before they're sexually active will.

I think it stands to reason that when you go out in the real world most people don't look like porn stars so to expect them to act like pron stars is a bit unrealistic, it's like watching professional football on TV and then expecting yourself and all your mates to play like Manchester United, eventually reality kicks in and you realise it's just fantasy, a nice fantasy, and come to terms with the fact that you'r not Ryan Giggs and stop trying to be him.

Actual real life always trumps fantasy eventually.

Hmmm - then why are increasing numbers of women succumbing to the knife? They weren't 10+ years ago. The figures are even increasing on an annual basis:

A study published in the British Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2009 revealed that there had been an almost 70% increase in the number of women having labiaplasty on the NHS on the previous year. There were 1,118 operations in 2008, compared with 669 in 2007 and 404 in 2006.

I suspect that the numbers opting for private surgery are greater as it must be much harder to get this kind of procedure on the NHS. How depressing to hate what should be an essential part of female sexuality from which we derive a lot of pleasure, to such an extent that they're prepared to mutilate it. Somewhere people are not divorcing fantasy from reality. You're also applying your life experience, maturity and attitudes to a whole new generation of people who have come of age in a very different culture.

Then on the other hand, we have increasing numbers of women shying away from vaginal childbirth and wanting elective caesarians. :(

I don't know, plastic surgery is now much cheaper, it's fashionable, celebrities do it all the time, they want to ?

I don't think they are all doing it to try and live-up to mens porn expectations, as we have discussed many times before, I think the main group women try to impress is other women, men really aren't all that bothered, as endless polls on here have shown, they would like Pamela Anderson, but if she's not available just about anyone will do.
