I can't stand your typical "I've come to fix your fridge" porn. The edgier the better IMO. That's not to say a giraffe deep throating a monstrously well endowed, nipple pooing, limbless hermaphrodite turns me on, but you have to admit it's quite a challenge for one's perception.

I sympathise with your plight-I have read how common it is for the male majority to force WPCs and others to watch porn.It has been the basis of several harassment cases,with the females winning substantial compensation.I note that the DVD hire shop in Deepcar has since closed down.

Whatever angle you approach it from porn has had a bad press with combining "Good moral, religious Victorian standards" which hilariously still exist today, and crime. Porn is a fantasy tool and nothing much more, for the viewer that is.

I remember buying a camera from a poster off here a while back. When I entered the property there was a child on the floor playing with toys (children's) and porn was on the TV. The couple didn't bat an eyelid.

 

If every penny the porn industry makes went into the building of hospitals and cancer research our attitude would take on a whole new meaning, over time.

 

Other than its wide availability to children and it's crime connection (which includes politicians) I don't have a problem with it. The "vote" says nothing, other than do you like it or not ultimately. I'm indifferent as to how it effects me visually.

With Porn, one of the universitys (a northeast uni) did a massive study on it with a funding grant of £45,000, this money paid towards the study cost of the student working on this case.

 

This student went to Majorca initially, and then traveled to places such as Bondi Beach, Florida and also the Seychelles to gain inspiration.

 

After 9 months away, he came back and wrote about his findings, what he discovered was

 

• Porn was manily used by single men
  
• Porn had pictures of naked people in (mainly women)
  
• The men buying the porn, did so to look at pictures of naked women
  

 

The study ran for 12 months, and that what the student discovered

If the women, I'll not bother saying men as well, are happy to watch porn or act in it, it's not violent or involving vulnerable people, there's no harm IMO..
