gnvqsos
I have been thinking for a long time that I should eat more healthily when at work. My only problem is, there is nowhere to buy healthy food near my office so I am stuck with bringing food to work. So my question to you all is does anyone have any tips for how to eat healthily while at work. What do you make and take that is both healthy and filling? Flask of hot soup with a roll and perhaps some bread. Also why not take a cooked meal in plasic and micro-wave.

wednesday1
Yes wraps are very healthy with the right filling. I usually have a deep fat fried Mars Bar in mine.
Bulgarian
I make a big bowl of pasta/rice/couscous/quinoa salad and take a portion to work each day, I save a lot of money doing that. Also I love dried fruit, which I get in bulk from the market.
