After years and years of advertisement in movies, on TV to convey the idea that smoking is cool (it was also the symbol of the liberated woman) and people falling for it now they want to repair the damage by banning. It doesn't work that way. Correct. Whether you like smoking or not smokers should have the right to do as they please as long as no body else is being harmed. My great grandad was a heavy smoker. Tolreration of self-harnm is negligent;parents who allow their children to suffer are guilty of neglect and may be prosecuted.The consequences of ones behaviour cannot be isolated and will have an impact upon others.You sound like The Tea Party movement and Sarah Palin.
