Well you received some good and helpful replies here, how is it going? New year is a good time to set yourself some goals and work towards them. You have set your sights on 4.5 stone and that is a great target but you may need to set some milestones inbetween so that you can see your success and maintain your motivation.

 

Exercise is a great way to lose weight but the person who posted about diet is right too. Running is great I love it but may take some time to build up to and walking is brilliant for your fitness buildling and you can take in some great sights especially where we live here on the edge of glorious countryside.

 

Hope you weren't put off by all these replies they are all great and reflect how supportive people are of what you want to acheive. Stick with it and let us know how you get on (send me a message and we can have a chat about it if you like - billybicep is a girl by the way)
