Can you think of another comparable country that has been so stable politically? Germany had the Nazis, The French had their blood thirsty revolution that devoured almost all of it's children, Russia the communists, Spain and Italy had their fascists. The USA had their massive civil war. Class warfare mentality exists in this country, and it shows in our politics, it has torn this country apart. The USA had their massive civil war. not sure if it was the lack of a constitution which saved us from all that. there are all sorts of reasons: the vast majority see political extremists as someone to laugh at rather than support we also got rid of an absolute monarchy several hundred years before most of the rest of europe the revolutions in europe scared the elite into making concessions to the poor which removed a lot of the economic and political drivers for a revolution. Correct - the leader, Roger Hayes, has recently been declared bankrupt for refusing to pay his council tax claiming that statutes aren't laws (or similar freeman woo). Now we just take the mick out of the present day debaters. Intellect ??? You are not in the same league matey. And after all that, we STILL need a constitution for our own protection. As long as the politicians, aided by the law lords, can constantly move the goalposts then ordinary bods such as ourselves dont stand a chance. X needs a job, you must pay for his employment. Council tax is a joke. The system is corrupt, if your not going to fight it in some way, you might aswell get a job in the council shuffling paper and following pointless rules, at the expense of everyone else.
