Rolling Stones tribute

Awesome Rolling Stones tribute playing at Lomas Hall, Stannington, S6 on Friday 2nd December.

The Rollin' Stoned featuring founder member of the Counterfeit Stones Byron Jones plus Mick Jaguar ( ex Stars in Their Eyes ),Bill Whymandy, Keith Wretched ( he looks so much like the real thing he even fooled Keiths mum ), Charlie Waits, Mick Wailer and Nicky Popkins.

Over 2 hours of all the hits, very accurate musically and all done with a massive dose of humour unlike many tributes that start believing they're the real thing. They've done shows for the real Stones management and have been described by The Times as " more authentic than even the real Stones could muster " and Big Mouth in a review said " I can't see anyone doing the Stones better than this."

Huge fun and only £10 advance from Stannington Fruit and Veg, The Plough at Bradfield or online at We Got Tickets. Licensed bar. Doors 8pm. 16 years and over.

60's fancy dress welcome!

A few people have asked if we're sure Byron Jones is appearing at this gig and the answer is a definite yes.

We got a message through from him today to say he may miss the first 5 or 10 minutes of the show because he's agreed to help his friends Bob Marley and James Brown creosote St.Peters allotment fence on the morning of the show but we can rest assured we'll be hearing his heavenly sitar work on Paint it Black, his out of this world harmonica playing on Not Fade Away and his not so saintly guitar riffs on Sympathy For The Devil, Brown Sugar and many more favourites. Thank you kindly.

" The nearest you'll get. They have the look, the sound, the attitude and the atmosphere of the Stones at their very best." Mr.Kyps Club, Poole

" A great show, at times very eery, it was just like watching my dad." Keiths daughter.

Originally stumbled across these guys a few years ago whilst visiting friends in Germany and then managed to catch up with them regularly down the Boardwalk. Thought it was the last we'd seen of them in Sheffield when it closed so great news they're back! Missed them last time at Lomas Hall so can't wait for Friday
