One roofer recommended sand and cement, a builders merchant recommended a Bitumen product - adding that sand and cement would react with the existing roof. Any suggestions please ? It occurs on flat roofs whereby a slight dip appears, almost like a heavy ball being dropped into a bowl of Rice Pudding. No big deal, but I worry about things like this.
