I think your question should have been "Do you know someone who shouldn't be receiving state benefits but is getting them?" but that's not what you wrote. This whinging about benefits is pathetic. I met someone a year or two ago moaning about the family opposite getting child benefit and housing benefit, things he didn't get. He didn't even have kids and owned his own home.
