Im usually off on tuesdays and wednesdays and thursday evenings and would be up for running during the day or evening so give me a shout if your interested. Distances between 6k and 10k at about a 9 min mile pace. Would like to run 2-3 times a week in the evenings (from about or early morning or weekend. Anybody??
