They create the demand and the missery and death, get rid of them and the problem is solved no? There is always going to be demand. If you read on, it says that the killings are caused by the gangs that control the drug trade. The deforestation is due to having to hide the production deep in the forest. The deforestation is due to having to hide the production deep in the forest. But if you listen to what he's saying the addict over here is reponsible for 2 deaths over there. If we shoot a user over here we save two lives over there, which is what he is getting at. As a humanitarian surely it's better to shoot a few marketing executives with runny noses than contribute to deaths of loads of desperate peasants? Errm......as a humanitarian it's surely better to shoot nobody and legalise drugs, therefore taking them out of the hands of the people who carry the guns.
