Not if the right of appeal is stopped after the first try. Whilst also making prices sky high because of risks -. The price would be so high, only the daftest would bother. When dealers make huge amounts of money, they buy anyone they want. It happened in the USA during prohibition, and happens now in various countries who take your kind of stance. I didn't realise there was death for moonshiners in the US. Perhaps you could link to cases where the death penalty was imposed for dealing in alcohol. The market in synthetic drugs is growing with nearly 2% of the country using an illicit drug. In the UK meth is about $35 USD a gram, and Heroin is around $60 USD a gram. Yeah must be that, that's why they have no drug problems at all in places where they have harsher sentencing.... Oh wait no, that's completely backwards, and they actually have worse drug problems than enlightened northern Europe, where sentencing is less harsh. You really don't get this whole 'reality' thing do you? It would really help in future if you try and take it into account when trying to debate. Every word you type is rubbish. I've lost the will to live with you on other threads. Drugs have been taken by humans since time began. They grow wild all over the world. I am quite conversant with the work of Coleridge,Byron,Kerouac and other artists who have used drugs to positive effect.They have the advantage of intelligence and discrimination and have used drugs wisely.
