mapleboy
Waitrose at the bottom of the Moor used to sell Sabra (I think that's the brand name, could be wrong though), hummus, imported from Israel. Miles more tasty than any other hummus I've ever had. I'm drooling at the thought (again). I noticed a Falafel place on London Road the other day, must give it a try. chorba
I have noticed that home-made houmous is not great when tinned chickpeas are used. It's better to boil dried chickpeas (which have been soaked in water overnight). It takes more time but it's worth it!
