charliewag Posted November 26, 2011 Share Posted November 26, 2011 i think it's a great idea. i would retire tomorrow given the chance. i would stay on for a while to show the young person taking my job what to do and then go fishing, walking and perhaps a bit of gardening. Hadron Posted November 26, 2011 Share Posted November 26, 2011 I feel that experienced people should at some point stop being operational and be trained to teach as apprentice masters or artisans.
