Mr Gobby
Bought a brand new game a couple of weeks ago and I've changed my mind about it. Basically decided I want to take it back, but looking at the receipt it says that to return things they have to be in the original packaging (basically unopened). What a stupid return policy. It basically means that you can't have played something to return it. The only alternative is to trade it in, but I'd rather get my money back. Yes it's to protect them from customers with no morals. walkertelecoms
This has been the policy for decades, with PC/Console games and VIDEO's (Google videos) lol
Magilla
What a stupid return policy. It basically means that you can't have played something to return it. Which by definition, would make it second hand. The only alternative is to trade it in, but I'd rather get my money back. Unlucky. Since the item isn't faulty, then the store has no obligation to you in this matter. You can't expect to get your money back for something you admit you've opened and used.
