cheekychains Posted November 27, 2011 Share Posted November 27, 2011 i think you can only use your natwest card in natwest atm machines. has anyone had the same problems as me and my mrs? we went to use the cash point at woodhouse and it says not been able to complete your transaction? same in notting today WHATS GOING ON????????????????????? Eckolad Posted November 27, 2011 Share Posted November 27, 2011 I assume you only had the basic step acc. They transfered this acc to the basic acc. Thus meaning only cash machines of the natwest group(Rbs/northern/ulster bank). The bank gave plenty of notice about this. You can try upgrading your acc to a full but suspect yoy only have the basic one due to credit problems, or you cam change banks, or pay £8 per month if they wont let you. I have a good job which i might add for 19 years ( yes i will be on strike on wednesday) and my monthly salery goes in ! looks like i will be moving banks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If so this is what it states on the Natwest website: Cash Withdrawals- withdraw up to £300 a day from any NatWest, RBS or Ulster Bank cash machine in the UK This has been well publicised I knew about it and I am not even with Natwest.
