llamatron
I said that to my partner last night-we work in different cities and both noticed maybe a total of 10 strikers whereas the number of people shopping was noticeably higher than usual. Then saw a headline about it today-good work strikers! Ps I noticed no disruption whatsoever, everyone was in work-no picket line to cross-weird! dawny1970
Thats really strange because I was at a rally in Sheffield City Centre with about 10 000 other people. I can't say for definite about Leeds but according to the news report I saw the rally there was the biggest in Yorkshire. How bizarre you managed to miss it all. so the other 20,000 on strike were out shopping then, now thats what you call solidarity
