Any ideas how to train with a broken wrist?

what do you mean not been able to train? how is that possible? has your mind stopped?there is more to training than they physical side of things, what do you train in? take it easy on the wrist but take the time out to meditate, think about application, even go and watch a few of your classes to get the third person view which can sometimes be better than you taking part.:)

never thoughrt off that i just hate sitting on the side lines meditation ?
