If that is going to be your argument, then the inevitable question will follow; "What made God happen?" If your answer is "nothing" then you have contradicted yourself. If your answer is "nothing" then you have contradicted yourself. That's alright because time did not exist till the Big Bang you once drew a diagram if you remember and God existed before time. After that there has to be a cause. Special pleading is an invalid argument. "Everything must have a cause except the things I decide don't need one" just makes you look very silly. That’s an illogical argument because if everything needs something to make it happen, then what ever made it happen would have needed something to make that happen and so on. We know the universe exists because we can see and touch it; there is no reason to assume it can’t just exist without cause. They insist on YOU providing a first cause for God because YOUR position is that things cannot exist without a cause!
