Digital2011
Theres nobody to blame but the fact we cant blame traffic signals too can we?
MrSmith
I would agree with mafia in all their points and say you were both at fault, but obviously without being there it’s impossible to be 100%. When traffic lights are defective everyone should assume they are approaching a give way. It’s hard to picture a bus just appearing from nowhere hitting the side of your car with the side of the bus. The bus would have been much easier for you to see that your car for the bus driver to see.
banjodeano
Dosnt the highway code say something like...if lights are not working proceed with caution.?..good luck though, hope you make a speedy recovery.
Shogun
You crossed the path of the bus as the wicker is the main road so basically you were in the wrong , if the lights were not working both party's should be proceeding with caution, the best thing to do is let your insurance company deal with it if they think they can get some money out of it they will, it will cost you your no claims next year though.
