Halibut
The Lemon Diet does work by helping to burn off fat more quickly. You can drink lemon juice as well as eating lemons. Utter nonsense.
Kidorry
You could always try this, care of rossyrooney. A guy calls a company and orders their 5-day, 10 lb. weight loss program. The next day, there's a knock on the door and there stands before him a voluptuous, athletic, 19 year old babe dressed in nothing but a pair of Nike running shoes and a sign around her neck. She introduces herself as a representative of the weight loss company. The sign reads, 'If you can catch me, you can have me.' Without a second thought, he takes off after her. A few miles later huffing and puffing, He finally gives up... The same girl shows up for the next four days and the same thing happens. On the fifth day, he weighs himself and is delighted to find he has lost 10 lbs. as promised. He calls the company and orders their 5-day/20 pound program. The next day there's a knock at the door and there stands the most stunning, beautiful, sexy woman he has ever seen in his life. She is wearing nothing but Reebok running shoes and a sign around her neck that reads, 'If you catch me you can have me'. Well, he's out the door after her like a shot. This girl is in excellent shape and he does his best, but no such luck. So for the next four days, the same routine happens with him gradually getting in better and better shape. Much to his delight on the fifth day when he weighs himself, he discovers that he has lost another 20 lbs. as promised. He decides to go for broke and calls the company to order the 7-day/50 pound program 'Are you sure?' asks the representative on the phone... 'This is our most rigorous program.' 'Absolutely,' he replies, 'I haven't felt this good in years.' The next day there's a knock at the door; and when he opens it he finds a huge muscular guy standing there wearing nothing but pink running shoes and a sign around his neck that reads, 'If I catch you, you're mine.' He lost 63 pounds that week.
Shef_Fitness
As we are a nation that is obsessed with diets and eating plans. If they worked, then why are is obesity going through the roof? Look at kids, in 2011 we have the tapeworm diet, lemon diets, atkins diets, willy diets, obesity experts, fat champions visiting schools yet the kids are getting fatter. Back in the 1980s, there were very few diets, no obesity education but we had trees to climb, dens to build, bikes to ride on, and sports were available because the compensation culture had not been invented. Hey presto, all the kids were running around and there were very few overweight kids.

I have to agree with most of this but I do believe that the Lemon Diet does work through helping to burn fat more quickly. You can't really compare an effective diet like this with eating tapeworms:gag:

Suffragette1
I have to agree with most of this but I do believe that the Lemon Diet does work through helping to burn fat more quickly. You can't really compare an effective diet like this with eating tapeworms:gag: I don't think that it helps burn fat, it helps break down fat, which is why vinegar is often accompanied with fish and chips. But I tell you what, I'll let you into a little secret. Metabolic disorders aside, the best and healthiest way to lose weight and maintain a healthy weight is to eat less and exercise more. Don't buy low fat foods as they often have more sugar. Don't gorge on fruit which is full of sugar, eat lots of fresh veg and cut down on fat and portion size. Shef_Fitness
Eating tapeworms? Would it simply be more pleasurable to rent a bike from the place near Derwent Dam, and go for a bike ride around the two dams? I'm sure it would be healthier? Although I've not read up properly, I'm assuming that one of the side effects from the tapeworms would be in the toilet department? I reckon you would need to be very confident in the effectiveness of your toilets ability to flush large deposits?
Cyclone
And do more exercise. It's no surprise to me that nearly everyone at the Judo and Jitsu club are of a healthy weight, given that they train for 4 to 6 hours a week and most of them do additional exercise in addition to that.
