Do the Argentinians want to be British. First I've heard of it but I wouldn't blame them after the messes their governments repeatedly make of their country. Mitchell and Webb poked fun at it here: Our Army is controlled by our government who we elect in democratic elections. its paid for by our taxation and is there to protect us and our way of life.
