grafikhaus74 Posted December 21, 2011 Share Posted December 21, 2011 I've walked past once or twice - all they seem to be doing is pestering passers-by for cigarettes, smelling like tramps, and generally making the place look a mess. The council should ask the Police to remove them - very roughly. Hardly the Christmas Spirit, Conrod! They're in an ideal position.
