Balpin
I am just watching Henry V for the umptenth time, and cannot help but compare us to that time. We are now in the position, and I mean by we, the entire western world, of arrogant France. We are now up against a cocky, confident upstart, as they were, insulted for too long, taking us on, with only the confidence they can win. Our leaders should study this work, as a measure of how supreme arrogance leads to disaster, in the long run.

What have Anglo-French relations today got to do with Anglo- French relations six centuries ago?
