If I provide this will I get the refund automatically or will I have to wait for the seller to receive it and confirm because the seller could deny that I posted back the same thing, etc. etc. And it is going abroad. If the seller gets it back and denies everything or refuses to sign for it, Ebay will make a judgement call, but so long as you've packaged it up well (take photos) and sent it you'll have a good strong case.
