I've tried many times at home but they always seem to be missing something. I like mine volcano hot and that bit is never a problem but there is always a little something that I can't quite put my finger on that isn't quite right. I've tried several times to make them with all the right bits and bobs and there always seems to be something missing. Perhaps it's like Sam Miguel says - you just can't make chip-shop chips at home.
