harvey19
I remember ironing my sheets before getting into bed to warm it up.
poppet2
It's that time of year again as the nights draw in. Not necessarily central heating but any type of heating?
sh3rb3t
Yep - feel bad admitting it, but we've had ours on all week... It's been cold out there!!! Saying that, today wasn't too bad when the sun came out, but I still reckon Summer has well and truly gone for the year now.

And yes i've had heating on all week, if you got it spend it. :hihi:
Happ Hazzard
Trying not to have mine on till the clocks go back. I doubt I'll manage that tbh but I certainly won't have it on till October.
biotechpete
Not on yet, waiting until at least October.
Pixie824
Had the fire on just to warm the living room, but had to relent last night as two of the kids have come down with a cold and needed warm snuggles. I put the heating on long enough for them to get comfy in bed, I never have it on overnight anyway.
watchcoll
Finally set the timer on mine to come on at 4am cos i've had enough of getting up for work in the freezing cold. New house, so i'll find out just how effective the heating system & new loft insulation is. Not used it at all until now tho, & just wear jumpers in the day. Although i have ordered a little fan heater for my bedroom for early morning starts (i just cant get out of bed if its cold) & i am really looking forward to having a gas fire in my lounge for the first time in 13 years
Allen
No central heating on. It's rarely used now. Heating the living room in the evenings only.....can't beat sitting by the wood burner.

A wood burner, I envy you, as that has got to be the Cheapest form of heating, ever.
