The cops also shot him a few times too. He still made it back to the house.
shane39
There are a lot of people I would get rid of before dogs. Animals have rights, so do owners. But the owners need educating. I trust animals, they dont lie and cheat [or post crap on SF ] I would not hesitate on posting crap through guilty dog owners letter-box. And hey, i do post crap on here from time to time,(well, most the time)

anywebsite
All over europe ,apparently. I don't think it's that bad in western Europe nowadays, but rabies is still a big problem in Ukraine. Having lots of stray dogs will only help the disease spread, so maybe a cull of strays was/is needed there. They obviously can't find nice caring homes to adopt thousands of feral dogs & cats, so what other option do they have?
anywebsite
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-10807271 Battersea Dogs and Cats Home had to put down about one third of the dogs it took in last year - a total of 2,815 animals, of which 1,931 were healthy. Unwanted strays are put down every day all over the world. If these PETA people care so much they should adopt a few.
