Best way is to grab a copy of Max Power or the like and ring through the insurers in the back. There are specialist brokers like Adrian Flux who have always been good with me and my oddball/modified motors. If he's planning on adding Wikkid Alloyz innit to the car, then you have to check the insurance company is OK with it too. Many specialists don't care as long as it doesn't add BHP.
