md00071 Posted December 21, 2011 Share Posted December 21, 2011 I mentioned this fixed stall a few weeks ago on a reply to someone looking for old photographs, and I visited it again yesterday. It is still an absolute dream for anyone who lives in South Yorkshire. You start browsing the photograph albums and you can't put them down! His selection of local history books and photographs is huge, with massive sections on Sheffield. The gentleman who runs it deserves a mention, he is really helpful. Also books on old transport, mining, steelworking, architechture etc. Park in the market car park for £1.40 and it's just in the indoor market on the upper floor. Plug over!!!
